Capital Securities is researching ongoing future state new Home development models that will prove most sustainable for the delivery of new homes for times ahead. The introduction of the new building regulations for Ireland in 2014, and with the oncoming of NZEB, means new Homes, how they are built, where they are located, and how they work to the benefit of owners and occupants will have significant influence on society.
